This Is Who We Are

We exist to help impact-driven leaders step into who they were created to be SO THAT others benefit and God is glorified. Path for Growth was founded in June 2020 out of the belief that everybody wins when a leader decides to grow. Since then, the Path for Growth team has helped hundreds of leaders and teams around the country practice healthy growth through coaching, team training, and teaching.

Too many leaders sacrifice health for the sake of growth. As a team—we aren't ok with that. We know it's possible for you to serve people, build a thriving business, make an impact, and experience freedom all at the same time. It demands an outrageous commitment to the practices and principles that characterizes healthy growth.

Our business is not filled with spectators, commentators, or employees. We only hire team members. This means that no one in this organization is simply working a job. We are on a mission. And we are foaming-at-the-mouth passionate about the work we get to do, the impact we get to make, and the people we get to serve.

This Is Who We SERVE

This business is built to serve the impact-driven leader. We work with business owners and teams that span a wide variety of demographics, faith backgrounds, industries, and business stages.

However, the leaders and teams we work with all have one thing in common. They view their business as a vehicle for making an impact. Money, recognition, and growth are all good things but they are not the main thing. They aren't the motive. Our customers wake up motivated by the reality that every day is an opportunity to make an impact on their family, team, customers, community, and the world.

And, like us, many of our customers view their work as an opportunity to glorify the God that created them. You don't have to believe what we believe to be a part of this community. You simply have to be ok with the fact that we aren't going to ignore what we believe. We think that is healthy.

As a community, we rally around one over-arching conviction: our strength is for service.

This Is What We Stand For

At Path for Growth, we have 5 core values that guide everything we decide and do. And when we say everything, we mean everything. These are not simply some nice ideas that are only visible on our website and in some dusty old binder. We eat, sleep, and breathe these values:

Point To Jesus

It will always be in the context of a relationship. It will always be abounding in grace. But it will not sacrifice the power, or certainty, of absolute truth. We are committed to pointing each other to Jesus. Even more important, we are committed to pointing to Jesus in our own actions.

Alignment

We don't teach about things we have not yet done. We don't claim to be experts. We are practitioners. We don't present the picture that everything is easy, polished, or figured out. We are committed to practicing healthy growth and we'll hold each other accountable.

Freedom & Responsibility

We don't hire spectators. We hire team members. Everyone has a part to play and the entire team is counting on you to play it. A person's freedom is directly linked to their responsibility. If you want more freedom then take on more responsibility. You are in the driver's seat.

Treat People like Friends

Friends have dinner on Friday night. Friends offer specific and timely encouragement. Friends call for no other reason than to just check-in. But it goes deeper. Friends speak up when they think you're making a mistake. Friends act in each other's best interest. Friends offer clear and direct feedback. Friends speak kindly of you when you aren't around.

Strength is for Service

"Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of those without strength, and not just please ourselves." Romans 15:1. Strength has a purpose and we're offered instruction for how to use our strength. If you are strong in a specific area, be grateful and then immediately look for opportunities to leverage that strength in service of others.
