THE 12-WEEK JOURNEY
Pathways is structured in four phases, each building on the last. By the midpoint of the program, every participant will have their own documented role, one documented direct report role, structured meeting agendas, and a system to host their standards. The back half of the program is where you put it all to work.
Phase 1
Build the Foundation
Get introduced to the operationalizing framework, begin role documentation, and learn how to get the most out of the program.
Phase 2
Clarify Roles
Create Role Success Statements for yourself and your direct reports. Submit for feedback and establish clear accountability across your team.
Phase 3
Operationalize Meetings
Build leadership team meeting agendas, establish effective 1:1 structures, set up RYG dashboards, and decide where your documented standards will live.
Phase 4
Operationalize a Project
Choose a critical area of your business, document a proven repeatable process, and refine it until it's ready to run without you.

Graduation
Final documentation review, an implementation plan to carry the work forward, and a celebration of what you've built.
